Every shipped scenario, keyed by {@link ScenarioKey}. luxuryMultiUnit is the richest — the breadth ceiling a section’s base fixture builds on. Iteration order matters: forRentCondo precedes sparseSingleFamily so a “first claim wins” media-ownership rule attributes their shared photos to forRentCondo, even though sparseSingleFamily also reuses a slice of them.
